Elise Allcock

Elise was called to the Bar in May 2026.  She accepts briefs in all areas of law with a particular interest in commercial disputes, communication and media law, and solicitors’ professional negligence.  

Before coming to the Bar, Elise practised solely in commercial litigation as a senior associate at a boutique firm.   

Elise holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class IIA) (Graduate Entry) and dual degrees in Arts (English Literature/Writing) and Communications (Mass Communication) from the University of Queensland
