Philip Tucker
Philip practised as a solicitor at a major firm before joining the bar in 2003. Over 20 years of practice through to the end of 2022, Philip appeared in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts (including the High Court), including class actions, general commercial disputes, company, insolvency and partnership disputes, wills and estate matters, employment disputes, property and body corporate disputes, and building and construction disputes.
Philip’s practice is now focussed solely on appeals and mediations.
